PROJECT:

LOGO DESIGN for "Strong Silverton"

OBJECTIVE:

Design a logo that evokes a sense of community /  positive / harmony / cooperation / openness / peace

EXECUTION:

"What about using ROCKS?!" --- we decided to try the idea of using "rocks" as our medium.  This borrows the theme of river rock, Silver Creek riverbed, and marries well with the hide-a-rock program.  We thought this might tie the rock idea back into the idea of harmony.

Rocks also provide a "foundation"

Stones are smooth - no hard edges / smooth / fit well together

FINAL RESULT:

Final Result is a heart shape made of smooth rocks!  The logo can be multi-colored, or single-tone for readability.
